MNG by Mango for JC Penney Hits the Labor Day Sales Racks

European discount clothier MNG by Mango arrived at JC Penney on August 18th and it's already on sale. Although the line looks cute, it runs small (juniors sizing) and I'm not sure the average JCP customers knows who/what Mango is.
