Harlem Based Designers Coming to Target July 25

Did you know that Target is opening a store in NYC in Harlem?  I don't like everything that Target does, (read some of my reviews on the recent quality of their designer collections)  but I do applaud them for putting these designers in their stores.  Has Target been talking to Bill Clinton about revitalizing Harlem?
