There seems to be no end in sight or at least website for celebrities licensing their names to budget fashion collections.  Tonight Mariah Carey enters the budget arena with her collection of jewelry, fragrances and high heeled shoes on HSN.   The collection is not cheap, so if you like it, you may want to wait  a while.  The charm necklace is approximately $200.00.   The piece I like the best
